Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: May 31, 2026

This policy applies to paid vendor subscriptions on the Aros Weddings platform. We believe in flexibility and transparency — please read carefully before subscribing.

1. Subscription Options

Aros Weddings offers flexible billing to accommodate vendors:

Monthly billing — charged once per month on your billing date
Annual billing — charged once per year at a discounted rate

You may choose your preferred billing frequency at the time of signup. To switch billing cycles, contact us at hello@arosweddings.com.

2. Free Trial

Vendors who join during the launch period receive a free trial period as communicated at signup. No charges are made during the trial. At the end of the trial, your subscription will automatically begin billing unless you cancel beforehand.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting hello@arosweddings.com or through your account settings.

Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period
You will retain access to your listing until the end of the period you have already paid for
No partial refunds are issued for mid-period cancellations

Example: If you are on monthly billing and cancel on the 15th of the month, your listing remains active through the end of that billing month. You will not be charged for the following month.

4. Refund Policy

All subscription fees are generally non-refundable. However, we understand that circumstances vary and we are committed to fairness.

Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis
To request a refund, contact hello@arosweddings.com with your account information and a brief explanation of your situation
We will respond to all refund requests within 5 business days
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method via Stripe

5. Annual Billing Refunds

For annual subscriptions, refund requests submitted within 14 days of the annual charge may be considered for a prorated refund at our discretion. Requests submitted after 14 days will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

6. Changes to Pricing

Aros Weddings reserves the right to change subscription pricing at any time. Vendors enrolled in the Founding 200 program are exempt from price increases and will retain their locked-in rate for the life of their active subscription.

All other vendors will receive at least 30 days’ notice before any pricing changes take effect.
